The wedding we photographed last Saturday was an incredible experience! It was our first time photographing a Filipino wedding, and it was exciting to see how much of their culture was woven into the day. Not only that, but there were so many great moments during their wedding day--I think one of our favorites was when Dione sung to Sarah right in the middle of the ceremony. I don't think there was a dry eye in the church. :)
Another of our favorites moments was the money dance Filipino style--the guests actually planned ahead and made rings, crowns, flowers and veils out of money and then they would pin or tape it to the bride and groom's clothing in exchange for a dance. This was only one of the MANY ways that we witnessed the overwhelming love and support that Sarah & Dione's family and friends had for them. It was truly inspiring.
Here are a few highlights from the day, with more to come in the slideshow...

Great post guys! I really love the rings and the night shot. Off-camera 580's?
Yep, that's a 580ex to camera left... and the best part--it's completely voice activated!
(thanks Airika!)
Say what? Voice activated? Kinda like The Clapper in the 80's? When shall we chill again Popes?
